Important Notice
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By engaging with Sundarban Cargo Dubai, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Sundarban Cargo Dubai ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Key Points: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sundarban Cargo Dubai. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions to these terms.

We provide comprehensive logistics services including but not limited to:
- Ocean freight services (FCL and LCL)
- Air freight transportation
- Trucking and road transportation
- Warehousing and storage solutions
- Cargo handling and consolidation
- Door-to-door delivery services
- Customs clearance and documentation
4. Quotations & Rates
4.1 Quotation Validity
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Rates are subject to change based on currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, and other market conditions.
4.2 Rate Components
Quoted rates may include but are not limited to:

5. Bookings & Cancellations
5.1 Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed in writing. Space is not guaranteed until written confirmation is received from both parties.
5.2 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- More than 7 days before shipment: 25% of quoted rate
- 3-7 days before shipment: 50% of quoted rate
- Less than 3 days before shipment: 100% of quoted rate
- After cargo is loaded: 100% of quoted rate plus any additional charges
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Credit cards (subject to 3% processing fee)
- Corporate accounts with approved credit
6.2 Payment Schedule
Standard payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. For new customers, payment in advance may be required.
Late Payment: Invoices not paid within 30 days will be subject to a 2% monthly late fee. Accounts 60 days overdue may result in suspension of services.
7. Liability & Insurance
7.1 Limitation of Liability
Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited to the lesser of:
- The actual value of the goods
- AED 100 per kilogram of gross weight
- AED 50,000 per shipment
7.2 Cargo Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive cargo insurance. We can arrange insurance at an additional cost of 0.5% of the cargo value (minimum AED 100).
Insurance Note
Cargo insurance must be arranged before shipment departure. Claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery with complete documentation.
8. Cargo Specifications
8.1 Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal drugs and narcotics
- Weapons and ammunition
- Hazardous materials without proper declaration
- Perishable goods without refrigeration
- Cash and negotiable instruments
8.2 Special Requirements
For special cargo (oversized, hazardous, temperature-sensitive), additional documentation and arrangements are required. Additional charges may apply.
9. Customs & Documentation
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation including:
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Certificate of origin
- Import/export licenses where required
- Other regulatory documents
Documentation Responsibility: Delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete documentation are the responsibility of the customer.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms)
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Government actions or regulations
- Labor strikes or disputes
- Pandemics or epidemics
- Port closures or congestion
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all business information exchanged during the course of our engagement. This includes but is not limited to pricing, customer lists, and business strategies.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the Dubai Courts.
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
